Design Concept & Approach
This project explores the evolving nature of marriage through a
parametric vase design, developed using Rhino and Grasshopper.
The design reflects the dynamic and multifaceted aspects of
marriage, capturing its transformative journey. The final piece,
3D printed in resin and embellished with pearls, draws
inspiration from the personal experiences of close friends,
reflecting the unique and transformative experiences shared in a
relationship.
Why Parametric Design
When it comes to the exploration of flow forms, even tiny changes
may matter. Redoing the process in Rhino is time-consuming and
boring. With the Grasshopper plug-in, the changes are real-time,
you can get the best form in the shortest time.
